Staff for Individuals & Care Homes

We provide staffing solutions for care homes and other organisations. Staff have experience and are fully trained. We charge between 12-15% of the annual salary, this is a one-off fee which gets charged at the percentage advised. The service user or organisation gets to interview potential staff and are able to make a choice from the number of potential staff interviewed. Staff are fully trained and experienced with up to date dbs.

Live-in carers carry out the full range of personal care and domestic tasks while providing companionship and day to day support. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Dressing and undressing
  • Washing and bathing
  • Incontinence care
  • Preparing meals and monitoring nutrition and weight
  • Security and safety
  • Medication – collection and administering
  • Housework and laundry
